Corporate Social Responsability

We believe that our success is intertwined with our responsibility to society. Our CSR initiatives focus on sustainability, inclusivity, and community engagement. From supporting local charities to promoting diversity, we strive to create meaningful experiences that contribute to a better world. Take a look below to see some of our concrete actions.

Cardboard booth

Made in-house from FSC-certified cardboard, this booth has a minimal patented structure at the back to minimize the usage of fixing tools and glue. The cardboard still allows a robust yet light structure. This is saving materials and storage spaces, resulting in a global sustainable solution for booth production. All the lightings are LED, which has a low consumption, and 95% of the booth is made of raw materials and can be recycled.

Global Giving Initiative

As part of the Global Giving Initiative of the Buy1Give1 organization, we have conducted an initiative to provide 49 days of education for children in mining areas in India. We believe that we have the power to change lives by integrating giving into our everyday business activities.

Hand-made lanyards

Working hand-in-hand with local partners is key in progressing towards sustainable events. At planitswiss Africa, we leveraged the local knowledge of our communities and commissioned 1'000 hand-made lanyards with sustainable beads. They are easily reusable and contributed to the overall success of the event.

Team bonding experiences

Our social responsibility is also about our team members' well-being. We believe bonding moments are essential for fostering a collaborative and harmonious work environment. They help build trust, improve communication, and enhance relationships among team members.

Merchandising produced locally

Following the Women Deliver 2023 conference happening in Kigali, Rwanda, we produced bags and laptop sleeves in-house reusing the backdrops from the event. Instead of throwing away all those textiles, we upcycled them and gifted them to our partners for the event, making it a nice memorable attention.

Upcycled desks for exhibition stand

We collected used pallets to construct customized booths for our client. In collaboration with a local artist, we applied the event identity to the pallets using only paints. This type of construction helps minimize our impact and gives a second life to used objects.
